We have to deal with a couple of housekeeping issues.

Members and witnesses joining the meeting via Microsoft Teams should assume they can be seen on screen, whether speaking or not. We have them under observation. Members are also reminded to ensure that their microphones are muted when not contributing to the meeting because not doing so affects the transmission and so on.

The minutes of the committee meetings of 6 October and 13 October were agreed at the committee's previous private meetings.
