I move amendment No. 8:
In page 12, to delete lines 35 to 37 and substitute the following: “(ii) of the proposal to assign the appropriate points in accordance with Annex XXX to the Commission Regulation or section 15U, as the case may be, to the master for the serious infringement,”.
