It already has been said that certain logistical difficulties relate to people who work in the fishing industry. If cases are put in front of people to answer, they need to be given sufficient time to be able to make the necessary submissions and preparations for an oral hearing and all those other situations. Once again, it is a matter of fairness and making sure that people are given sufficient time to allow for due diligence in order that they can protect their good names and make sure that they can put forward the best case to protect themselves from penalty points.
