The whole point is looking for some sort of clarity on where it falls under. Maybe there even needs to be some clarity regarding the framework put into the public domain about what is and is not an infringement because there is a perception that we are once again setting people up for a hammering. If that is not the case, we should make it clear. I would imagine Deputy Collins is coming back in looking for an answer to the question he posed previously.
