It does. What I would say is that the constant tension for us as an organisation, and the management tension, is that we have cases waiting to have a social worker allocated. We have a gap and we have a social worker who happens to be available for a period of time. This certainly is a better service than no service. In terms of continuity of care in what is a relationship-based profession, there is no doubt it has an impact. I agree fully with the Chair on this.
