I appreciate the challenges, which could open up a can of worms, but it strikes me that someone could be on a waiting list somewhere and you are just moving people around a bit but it could ease the pressure. I do not know how we are going to deal with waiting lists following Covid. I listened to Tony Canavan this morning talking about cancelling more elective surgeries in CHO2. I am sure it is being replicated across the country. I think the vast majority want to be treated in their own country. I think there is some capacity there. It is just about trying to find the sweet spot and not making so that people can dispense with all management of their own healthcare. I appreciate Ms Morgan's response in that regard.

I think we have asked all of our questions. On behalf of the committee, I thank the witnesses. We were very eager to follow up on this piece of work because when we first met the witnesses, we did not know about future plans for access across the island and beyond - particularly on the island because of the unique circumstances here - so it is really good to have some good news coming out of the Brexit scenario regarding healthcare. It is very positive and it is great to be able to put that on the agenda here. It will be included in our final report, which we will publish before the end of the year.
