I add that the TCA is not prescriptive. It is very much that the parliaments themselves may establish the parliamentary assembly. It does not prescribe what that looks like and it is thus very much up to the European Parliament on the EU side to determine what that looks like. The information we have is what has been set out so far but it is certainly at an early stage in the process, as Ms Collins said.
