As regards the grades in Raidió na Gaeltachta, for context, when Raidió na Gaeltachta was set up back in 1972, a grade called "clár reachtaire" was established purely for Raidió na Gaeltachta. It is one of 169 grades within RTÉ and there are many unique grades for various platforms across the organisation. We are just starting a complete review of our entire grading structure across the organisation. As the Deputy can probably appreciate, 167 grades is a lot for any organisation. Those are legacy grades that have built up over many years. As part of that wider review, the clár reachtaire grade in Raidió na Gaeltachta will also be reviewed to ensure that it is fair and it will be looked at in the context of the entire organisation. That is currently under way.
