There was an issue in the meat factories earlier in the past year and a half where outbreaks in the workplace were not being reported because they were reported on the basis of residence rather than of the workplace. Ms Denning said the HSE had not advised the Courts Service of any issues and I wonder if that could be the reason. We might come back to that later in the meeting or offline.
