From the County and City Management Association, CCMA, I welcome Mr. Frank Curran, chair of the housing, building and land use committee of the CCMA and chief executive of Wicklow County Council. I also welcome Mr. Colm Ward, director of housing of South Dublin County Council. I suggest Mr. Curran makes an opening statement and we will then take questions from committee members.
