As I told the Deputy a moment ago and have said to other colleagues, this is why we will have a national development plan. Within that plan there will be the ability to make progress on many of the capital needs that are required to make progress, particularly in housing. It is a really big plan. Housing for All already shows the many ways in which we can make progress.
