I am not sure if further assessment of Housing for All is needed. It was the subject of extensive engagement within government. As each constituent element of Housing for all is implemented, it is at that point that an evaluation will take place of the impact it will have. It is difficult to evaluate the plan or do an economic appraisal of the plan in its entirety but, as we take each individual step in Housing for All, that will be subject to the normal means of Government scrutiny.
