Health, housing, education and climate have been identified as priority areas, particularly housing and health, where we need to urgently build the infrastructure to the extent that it is capable of dealing with the increased demand in terms of demographic changes. Will it be possible to make provision for movement in those areas, which may be required in the course of the year or over the next couple of years?
