Are there measures in place to share the information in these reports? The Minister of State does not have to tell us everything that happened. The information is obviously sensitive. We do not want people who are carrying out these kinds of attacks to know how they are being stopped from happening. Will that information be shared with other Departments? My concern is that if this can happen to the HSE, then it can happen to the Revenue Commissioners, the ESB or many of the large entities that all of us, as citizens, rely on every day, such as the Department of Social Protection. The health system ground to a halt. The simplest tasks at the HSE had to stop being done. They were being done differently, more slowly and more inefficiently. We talk about energy crisis happening for other reasons, but the last thing we need is for the ESB, the Department of Social Protection or Irish Water to be attacked. Will the NCSC or the Department make sure that all of the other agencies of the State have learned from what has happened in order to ensure that we do not have a similar situation befall one of those agencies?
