I have a question for Mr. Sunderland which he may have already answered; apologies if that is so. Presumably in drafting, there will be a legal basis for storing and processing the data. How long is appropriate for storing, recognising what An Garda Síochána is saying about gathering evidence over a period of time, particularly in domestic violence cases?
