Agus go raibh maith agat. The Commissioner's Irish is excellent. It is the first time I have heard a speech with James Joyce's Ulyssesand Brexit in the same speech, so that is an achievement in itself. It is very obvious the Commissioner put much effort into today's presentation, for which we are very grateful. We will now open the meeting up to members.
