Regarding antibody testing, it sounds like a really nice thing to do theoretically. The problem is that we do not know which specific antibody is the most important. It is probably not the anti-spike antibody with which people might be more familiar. It might instead be the antibody against the binding domain. In addition, however, we do not know what threshold signifies that people will be protected as against not being protected.
