I have two questions I wish to put to Dr. Glynn. The first relates to school buses. NPHET advice and Government policy is that school buses can carry 50% capacity. Yet, all forms of public transport are now gone back up to 100% capacity. I travelled to the Dáil this morning on Irish Rail and there were a lot of people travelling on the train. That is good to see but it is hugely frustrating and largely inoperable in rural areas to have only half capacity on school buses.

I wonder where that thinking came from and when NPHET would expect to review it.
