There are specific issues that people have raised such as the 15 km, the possibility of having a single consent system instead of having to come back for consents at harvesting and thinning time, and the question of whether we need the same kind of licensing for more management-type activities like thinning or road building. All of those issues will be comprehended in the review. That will be done by a combination of looking at the legal framework, the way the Department does its business and what is done in other member states. There will be a team and it will be assisted by the systems analyst we have taken on to look at our processes. We will be trying to look at the regulatory framework and then looking at our process to see if there are any gaps or inefficiencies in the process and we will be marrying those two things together to try and come up with the best possible, most efficient set of processes and IT systems within the relevant legal framework.
