I welcome the Commissioner and Mr. Dagg. In some of the kickback that we have been getting from some stakeholders regarding the individual complaints mechanism, their argument is that it would be instantly bogged down with complaints and reports and that would render it useless. Were there similar concerns in Australia initially and how did it play out?
