I thank the commissioner and Mr. Dagg for their presentation, as well as for their ongoing work. As the Chair has said, they have taken the lead in this area. The evidence, as I know from speaking to people in Australia, is that they are having an impact. I have a couple of questions. One of our challenges here is the threshold for reporting of individual complaints. We are going to have to build that into legislation. I might ask the commissioner to talk about the thresholds that are used in her individual complaints' mechanism. One issue she might touch on in is the question of extra-territoriality. How does she deal with social media companies and platforms that are not based in Australia? Finally, she might talk about changing behaviours, because this is not all about regulation. Can she give instances of, since her office has been set up, how the tech companies' behaviour have changed? Also, has she noticed a change in behaviour of Australian citizens online as a result of her work?
