No, I do not think we intend to go that particular route. There are opportunities for specific Irish language posts which may be promotional opportunities but it would not make sense to promote somebody or to create a competition for somebody simply because they speak Irish. It would not be to the benefit of what we are trying to achieve in the Bill if we took that particular approach.
