The second issue relates to the rules applying on arrival into a country, depending on a person's status. These are two different aspects and people must be really clear in their minds about the requirements, whether they are vaccinated, recovered or certified with a test result. That is the first point. People must also look at what proof a country requires. Some countries do not accept test results, for example, and they only let in people without quarantine if they are vaccinated. They do not accept people who have recovered from the virus. If a person is relying on one of these elements, he or she must determine the standard of proof.
