Can I come in to add to what Mr. Konený has said? Due to the nature of Israel's settlement enterprise which, as the Dáil has recognised, has resulted in de factoannexation of the settlements as part of the Israeli state, it has made it increasingly difficult to disassociate business activity within the Israeli state from that which takes place in the illegal settlements. We need clear procedures and systems to make that differentiation.
