No problem. The UN, the World Bank, IMF and OECD all recommend the double tax treaties with developing countries should include anti-abuse provisions. This is to stop aggressive tax avoidance by multinationals through the use of double tax treaty provisions. What progress has Ireland made on this? Is such an anti-abuse provision included in the treaty with Kosovo, which the World Bank considers a developing or emerging economy?

I was also going to ask about the summer economic statement. As I had to pop out of the meeting to participate in Questions on Promised Legislation in the Dáil, I am not sure if that question has already been asked. The Minister will be before the joint committee to discuss that tomorrow morning. We will need time to digest all the information to ask the appropriate questions. Will we get that information soon?
