I thank the committee again for the opportunity to be here. We believe that the principles of transitional justice really must inform all of the activities of the Oireachtas in dealing with the mother and baby homes and the various pieces of legislation. While understanding that this is broader than the survivors of the mother and baby homes, legislators must understand that it is so important to follow those principles of transitional justice.
