I suppose it is a complete prohibition at this point. We have not set out specifically how that should be accommodated, but we have drawn attention to the fact that there is complete prohibition and that this may be in breach of international human rights laws and the European Convention on Human Rights with regard to the relatives of those deceased persons. We ask that this would be reconsidered as part of the review.
