The process is continuing. There is an obligation under article 36(4) of the GDPR for the Government or State to consult us on proposed legislation. As I said, we just received yesterday a copy of the data protection impact assessments, which we have not yet had a chance to review. We will be doing that and will be engaging further with the Department on any observations we may have. That is the current position.
