How do the witnesses find the local Traveller accommodation consultative committees, LTACCs, in each of the local authorities? Do they find them to be effective? Do they need to be overhauled or reviewed? Is there anything that we can be doing better to support the local Traveller accommodation consultative committees? I would consider these committees a useful forum. There are some counties where there is very little Traveller participation in them which is a pity but, overall, the structure works well. I would be interested in the witnesses' thoughts in terms of what can be done better and whether there is a role of oversight in terms of mental health issues that the LTACCs could take on.
