Sometimes it is the case that people in Revenue have made errors in assessments. It would be useful if those could be picked up and addressed with the individuals concerned because that would prevent an appeal. Many cases are settled or are withdrawn once Revenue and the party have conversations. There is, unfortunately, nothing that springs to mind to answer the Deputy's question about trends.
