It does. It is a substantial challenge in terms of the complexity of the cases, the length they take to hear, the parallel proceedings that the other Deputy and I have referred to and the length of time it takes even for the parties to get ready. Yes, they are a substantial challenge. Currently, the resourcing we have would not facilitate the speedy resolution of that large quantum of appeal.
