It is the view that T1 will be for Irish-medium schools and the Gaeltacht schools. I want to be clear about this. A public consultation process is ongoing with a view to gathering all the opinions and considered views so as to make determinations as we move forward. It is greatly important that we allow that consultation to continue. An adjudication at a particular point will be made, but not at this point. This is, in many respects, putting the cart before the horse.
