Tuigim an fhadhb atá ann ó thaobh na ndeontas. I understand the problem. I wish I was in a stronger position to facilitate such grants. The best thing I can say to the Deputy is that I will continue to look at the broader picture but we are quite constrained at this point. I appreciate the legitimacy of the point the Deputy makes.
