Yes. I will give the committee a little bit of information. On Report Stage, a technical amendment will be required to section 19 of the Bill which amends section 29 of the 2009 Act. This section concerns when a charging order is placed in the context of ancillary State support on an asset under joint ownership. Section 29 has been updated to take into account the chartered provisions contained in the 2021 Bill. The Attorney General's Office has proposed a technical amendment to this section to ensure consistency with other sections in the 2009 Act. We await the final draft of the amendment. The exact nature of the amendment can be explained in further detail on Report Stage.
