Mr. Niall Burgess:

The short answer is that we funded Bóthar but we have not funded it in recent years. We had some concerns and as a result, we did not respond positively to applications for funding in 2018 and 2019. I ask my colleague, Mr. de Búrca, to elaborate briefly and carefully on this.
