I thank the Commissioner for appearing before the committee. I have four questions. How important is rural proofing to all of these ideas to make sure we do not leave anybody behind? Young people use the most data and they are prominent users of social media. How are the voices and perspectives of young people included in the regulatory work of the European Commission? The Commissioner mentioned there are significant resources but what does she see as the key areas for funding? The Commissioner spoke about data centres, which account for the biggest share of carbon emissions. How can we reduce these emissions in this country?
