The Portuguese Presidency has really decided to own this and has put it as a high priority. It is really advanced. There is much interest in the European Parliament and many committees are contributing to it. We hope we can pass it next summer during the French Presidency. It is a regulation that could come into effect quite fast and perhaps by the end of next year if everything goes well. I need to knock on wood in order to ensure I do not jinx it.
