With regard to our internal communications with everybody in the organisation, our new internal communications strategy has worked very well during Covid-19. We distilled a lot of complex messaging, some of it on regulation and in other cases related to our own protection, such as the use of PPE, social distancing and public health guidelines. That has been well received. There are many things like that which we will take forward after the pandemic.
