I move amendment No. 234:

In page 50, after line 8, to insert the following:

“Inclusion of Agency under Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 79.The Agency, its subsidiaries and their officials shall be included in Schedule 1 (Bodies that are not Public Service Bodies) to the Act of 2015.”.

I will withdraw and resubmit on Report Stage depending on the Minister's update at a later stage.
