I move amendment No. 194:

In page 40, between lines 26 and 27, to insert the following: “(4) In subsection (1), “land owned by the Agency” includes land owned by a subsidiary DAC where the subsidiary DAC is, for the purposes referred to in subsection (3), only performing on behalf of the Agency in relation to that land a function specified in subsection (3).”.
