Land Development Agency Bill 2021: Committee Stage (Resumed)

Amendment No. 190 is very simple. In one sense, it is precautionary. Depending on the Minister's response, I may press it. The general provision in question is subsection 57(3), which states: "Land owned by the Agency shall not be State Land within the meaning of the State Property Act 1954." I am keen to know the implications of that. Could the Minister outline the reason for its inclusion and what it means for the land of the kind in question?
