Professor Keogan attempted to answer the question. The premise on which the Deputy posed the question is that testing would continue to exist as a prerequisite to travel. Our ambition is to see the return of travel without dependence on testing because we have rendered it safe in relative terms as incidence is low and vaccination uptake is high.
