I thank Deputy Farrell. The EPA, as the Deputy points out, makes projections each year. For agriculture, these are based primarily on projections from Teagasc. They are done using two scenarios. The first scenario is with existing measures and the second is where they take into account the potential of additional measures. My understanding of the scenario with additional measures is that these simply include measures that have already been announced by the Government and do not take into account anything which may be under consideration but would have already been announced and implemented.
