I thank the Deputy. The suggestion is that the Houses would need oversight and approval of a supportive tool of guidelines which is to help local authorities in the development of the climate plans. This is an administrative matter and it would not be appropriate for the Dáil to be approving this as it is a matter for Executive action by the the Government. I request that the proposal is withdrawn.
