I move amendment No. 167:

In page 18, between lines 3 and 4 to insert the following: “(11) Prior to any provisions in this section coming into effect, the Minister shall publish and lay a detailed report before each House of the Oireachtas for approval, following consultation with each sectoral interest group, and an economic, social, cultural and rural impact analysis for each sector.”.
