I move amendment No. 153:
In page 17, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following: "(1A) Before any aspect of this section comes into operation, a full economic impact analysis on the impact of this legislation on each sector will be carried out, published, debated and agreed by both Houses of the Oireachtas.".
