I move amendment No. 143:
In page 17, between lines 6 and 7, to insert the following: "(1A) Given the significance of the agricultural sector to the Irish economy and rural communities, greenhouse gas emissions for the sector will not exceed 10 per cent emissions, based on 2018 levels until 2050.".
