I move amendment No. 137:
In page 16, lines 24 to 34, to delete all words from and including "and" in line 24 down to and including line 34 and substitute the following: "(12) The carbon budget approved by the Oireachtas shall be binding as far as is practicable on the State and all Public Authorities within the State for the budget period to which it relates.".
