I thank Ms Walsh and I also thank Mr. Markey, Mr. Cuffe and Mr. Andrews for their opening remarks and statements. I will go back to our members for questions now. I propose to take two members at a time because that may assist in giving everyone a chance to contribute. I ask members to bear in mind that Mr. Cuffe has to leave at 1.30 p.m. so if any member needs to put a question to him, let me know and I will bring the member in.
