I move amendment No. 86:

In page 11, between lines 35 and 36, to insert the following: "(s) the disproportionate burden that these climate change policies have on disenfranchised groups, communities and sectors, including rural and agricultural, and on those with the least means to adopt must be recognised in this legislation;

(t) the need to protect rural residents and communities from the financial negative impacts associated with the impacts of this legislation.".

I will not press this and we will reintroduce it on Report Stage.
